I ordered a 5-piece planter pot set, and delivery was fast, but the long pots arrived gray instead of white. The seller was responsive and provided a return label from XDP, but there was nowhere to drop off the parcel. XDP later confirmed the label was invalid. The seller then offered a 50% refund, so I had to accept, but I m left with pots I don’t need. While communication was good, the return process was misleading, so I can’t leave fully positive feedback.
