Sorry it’s late. I got a guy to put it together as I’m no good. My patience would have gone. Must say he done a very good job. Exactly like the picture. Cat wouldn’t climb the stairs a big woos. He will scratch away 2/3 times a day. Think I’ll put some cat nip in it. So he will sleep in it rather than on top of me. Arrived quick. No parts missing. Straight forward transaction ty x

Unfortunately item when received was missing two posts. This could have been to the fact the packaging was damaged on arrival. Contacted seller and have had to wait weeks to get the posts. They have eventually arrived but are the wrong colour. The seller’s communication could have been a lot better. I had to keep asking for updates. Bit disappointed overall. Really sorry as I hate giving negative feedback.
