  These were due to arrive by 6 Dec by Yodel but did not arrive until 11 Dec. I did message the seller who apologise and sent several e-mails to say it was out for delivery. Items were as described in new condition and fair value.

  I ordered a bouyant floating ring as I have a pool in the garden, and wanted safety for any children that come. The picture on the ebay website was perfect. The delivery was very quick, but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. I emailed the company who sent a return package, free delivery via royal mail. I now have an email to say keep the rings and we will refund you 100%. The company was very good, I just wish the item was as discribed. The company apologised.
