  There are many sellers of this item at the same price so I selected this ebayer seller for the highest eBay rating and I was not disappointed. The item arrived quickly but unfortunately the courier had damaged (dropped) the item and it arrived damaged (manufacturer packaging poor) so seller very quickly sent a new replacement. Excellent service , excellent communication, fast to respond and resolve. My eBay logic To pick highest rated eBay seller was correct. Thank-you again !!!!!

  This is a very pleasant Company - we purchased a flat pack which came well packed, however, we had problems with the fitting. We emailed them and they replied immediately with helpful advice. We had to email a few more times and they always replied very quickly. They offered a part refund for our inconvenience and it was paid straight away This Company obviously values it's customers and we will not hesitate to use them again. Great customer Service.

  Item is good quality and even had gloves in to protect hands when putting together. But the outstanding thing was the customer service. I was unable to track delivery through ebay so contacted supplier. They went above and beyond by keeping me upto date every day and passing information to the courier until it arrived. I can honestly say this is the best service I've had from any seller, I definitely recommend.

  Unfortunately their ordering system didn’t update and the product was out of stock. Emailed me straight away and asked if I was happy to wait or have a refund. They refunded straight away as I couldn’t wait for the goods to come back in stock. Very professional and happy to use them again.
