Shoes were as described, but too narrow for me. The shipping costs for the seller, via UPS, were only $5.00, but UPS wanted almost $29.00 for me to ship them back to the seller. The cost was $10.00 less to send them back using the USPS. I wish the seller would use the USPS to send their merchandise, so that if the buyer needs to return an item it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg. That said, the seller was responsive re: the return and refund.

We typically ship via UPS or FedEx over USPS at this time because there have been some delivery issues recently with USPS and long delays. We understand you want the most economical way to return them, Since you had to pay more than we feel you should, we refunded the purchase price plus the $5.00 shipping fee.
