  Great product but no instructions sent so we had to work out how to build it. No communication at all from initial order, until I contacted them weeks later to find out when it was going to be delivered. Still came quite a bit later than the expected date and no contact at all from the courier - it just turned up and luckily I was in. Customer service team were lovely when I contacted them but they should be making contact first.

  Fantastic item. Store was customised to meet my requirements, so order took a little longer than originally thought. This wasn't a problem for me and I was kept informed. Matthew was very thorough and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was straightforward and very efficient, each piece carefully packed and palletised.
