The delivery person totally ignored large signs stating that all deliveries were to be placed in a building. The driver threw the item over the fence where animals are located and luckily no damage was done. I don’t blame the seller but the delivery company, UniUni, is absolutely horrible. We have had items thrown in ditches by the road in the past. Not good.

I had ordered three items and only two items showed up in the delivery. I got in contact with the seller and told him what the problem was with the order. He apologized for the mix up and said the missing items would be shipped. Just got them and am happy with the purchase. Would I purchase from Outland Models CN again? You betcha. Customer service like that is hard to beat! Thanks.
