My first lighter was stolen; the package arrived quickly but was empty with a small slit cut into the plastic? The seller responded to my message quickly and sent a replacement lighter however parcel #2 never arrived; the Tracking number didn't work correctly either? After the Sellers third attempt to send me a lighter we both concluded that we should call time. The Seller refunded my payment quickly.
