    Outsunny customer service has been exceptional & I will be buying confidently from them again. I cannot fault them. That is why I am giving positive feedback. I've had a nightmare with the courier (DX) responsible for delivering my shed to me. They 'lost' it, so Outsunny refunded me without issue. 2 boxes containing the 'lost' shed then arrived 2 days later. They were collected, then a 3rd box arrived a few days later from DX. It was box 3 of 3 that I should have originally received!
