    Unfortunately the product arrived in a damaged box that the courier had resealed. There were parts missing thus we were unable to put the item together. On messaging the seller they very quickly offered a full replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Excellent service by this seller to resolve a problem which was probably to do with the courier. The actual product is brilliant.
