    The item received did not match the item in the photograph and didn't have threaded bolt holes therefore it wasn't suitable for my oven. The communication with the seller was quick and return was arranged with no problems, a full refund has been issued. While the part supplied was of no use to me it was dispatched quickly, I have used the seller before and will use them again if I the need arises, so overall I would recommend this seller.

    Used this company many times before and it's usually 48hr delivery but my recent order was a bit strange ? the tracking number was issued on day of purchase but that was it, no movement on Royal Mail as if it was lost or stuck in transit, 6 days after purchase I emailed with my query and got no reply till I emailed a second time hoping for a response. I got a strange reply that my order would be reshipped as a replacement but on the same tracking number , penny then dropped they never had PART
