It arrived at a local distribution facility and the local post office tells me that it arrived at the regional distribution facility, but is “stuck” there for some reason. When I reported this information to eBay and the seller, they quickly assumed responsibility and refunded my money. That is stellar customer service, and I will try to use this seller again.

Shipping took slightly longer than anticipated, but absolutely worth it given the fact that the original product has been discontinued and this replacement part was in perfect shape. Great value.
