    This seller was excellent. I purchased a Samsung phone case and accidentally ordered a 4g case instead of a 5g case. When it arrived and did not fit my phone I contacted the seller admitting it was my fault. They graciously, without hesitation sent me the correct case the next day before I even sent the wrong one back. I would not hesitate to use them again. This was exceptional service and the product itself was great. Exactly as advertised.

    Item was as described in new condition. The case was good value for money, thou the charge for express post without a tracking number was a bit steep. I still used the express postage option as was needed in a hurry. I use express post delivery for all online purchases (alot heavier than a phone case) and don't get charged that much and receive a tracking number. Just something for future buyers to be aware of.
