Rated positive cause phone case is good and well priced. However I paid $10 for express post, on a Sunday night. It arrived FOUR days later, in an express post envelope, not a satchel, and the envelope was all ripped up, so it had been placed in another plastic envelope. Asked for tracking number on the Monday, seller never replied. Would not buy from this seller again.

The seller cleverly did not put any of their details on the envelope - only my name and address and I have now been hit with an Australia Post "More to Pay" sticker on the front. $7.00 Insufficient postage and surcharge, and a Return charge of $1.55 for a total of $8.55. I believe Ozsmart_bargain should return $8.55 to my debit card. They obviously knew the postage was underpaid, hence none of their details on the envelope - OUTRAGEOUS.
