Fantastic, super-fast service. Items were dispatched and arrived really quickly, exactly as described. However, I was disappointed to see unnecessary plastic packaging joining the rolls of eco tape when they clearly didn't need it, which somewhat negates the point of me having made the choice to buy this product in order to reduce my use of plastic.Would be really happy otherwise as the service was great but please cut out the redundant plastic packaging!

Hi,Thank you for your feedback and you are absolutely correct.In future we will endeavour to pack our Kraft tape in brown recyclable paper and use kraft tape. Some Kraft tape comes prewrapped in clear plastic, which we cant do anything about, but will endeavour to up are game with regards to the environment.
