Purchased these 11 times in last year .Previous orders unproblematic .The most recent was far from that . Noticed the box was a different size .Contacted - as considerably smaller - Approximately 4.2 Cu Ft. Not seeking return or refund - Just advising and asking for comment Responded : "no change in the size of the box" . Persisted .Subsequently told they reduced box size "to comply with new size limitations that EVRi has imposed." Poor Service Even Said it was "baffling" that I raised it. WOW
