    I was told by the seller that my parcel where hard tennis balls for my puppy, but after 3days late (not the sellers fault) I received them today, and there not hard. Seller's communication wasn't tne best but eventually in the end I got my parcel. The seller did also say that he would give me a refund for the delay in my order. So atleast that's very kind of him. As I say it's not the sellers fault its the delivery courier (Evri) the worst possible courier service iv ever came across

    My experience with you the seller is all good. However Evri did not deliver the rolls within their alloted time. They sent a second email saying delivery was delayed but would be delivered on Friday. Later in the day had another message from Evri saying goods would be made next working day. Parcel arriver around 8am on Saturday.

    Really fast delivery, very unhappy that the wrapping was torn and one of the towels half destroyed but this wasn’t the sellers fault it was the deliver driver who didnt care how he delivered them. Will definitely buy again good quality and an excellent price, thank you
