    The padlocks did not match the description. I only found out after opening it. Then they tried refusing to accept them back , because I opened the packets. Had they matched the description I could have used them. They were really argumentative and unhelpful. They were awful. So I asked eBay to get involved, and eBay refunded my money once they were returned

    The customer was really hard to work with, he refused providing us information which we've asked for, he was really rude in his answers. Very demanding. He returned both padlocks in not sellable condition which is against Ebay's Return Policy. His comment about being argumentative and unhelpful are not correct. But if someone does not want to be helped even when offering help from our side, we only can do our best. Kind regards, Customer Service
