    I haven't used this yet as it only arrived this morning but have had this brand before and they are lovely quality, really nice to use and smell beautiful. The packaging could have been better as it was in a padded envelope / bag so the plunger had got pressed down at some point meaning some shampoo has leaked and there is a dent in the bottle but this is not a big issue, just a suggestion to use extra bubble wrap or pack it in a box. Item is exactly as described / pictured. Happy with purchase
