While the item was described as used, what I received may as well have been brand new, as if I went back in time and got it from a book store in 2007. Everything was perfect and in tact- including a poster insert that I had assumed would be long gone by now. It was also expertly packaged. This item is exactly as described it was in wonderful perfect condition. They were sure to let me know the item shipped. And got back to me in a timely manner about another inquiry. They shipped it in protective packaging but not to the point of wasting so they were environmental conscious as they could be. They also sent me a discount on further purchase even though my shipping was free and I had only ordered one book! Customer service was above and beyond. I couldn’t believe how quickly it go

The item I received was in even better quality than I thought it would be. The item was described as used but, it felt and looked new to me. I’m happy with my purchases from Paisley Books. The customer service is also great. I live in Japan and the company ships from within Japan. At first, they didn’t ship within Japan but after messaging the seller she quickly made it so I could buy the books. After asking, the seller also adjusted the shipping price to a better price for Japan shipping. :)
