    Item was sent promptly and at a good price the seller was even willing to accommodate for the shipping situation. The open box condition was true but was very clean and still had all of its contents including the paperwork I would have thought it was brand new if I didn’t know.     Seller was good to work with, delivery was late via USPS, packaging was a little questionable, Item worked except the chip reader on the customer display would not read chips and a lot of our customers use debit card that are not tap-able. I am returning the unit as I can not use it's full potential due to the chip reader, seller was good with returning and supplied label.

    The listing read “iPhone 15 pro max 6.7.” I received a case for an iPhone 15 pro. I reached out same day that I received the delivery and it took a few days before this seller responded. By then, I had already returned the item. The seller said sorry but didn’t seem genuine. The seller quickly went into explaining that I should return the item. I will not be purchasing anything from this seller. It’s about the product, more more importantly, it’s about the service. The service wasn’t there.

    We are very sorry about pulling the wrong item for this buyer. Buyer did reach out, but it was during the holiday. I responded immediately upon return to the office. I am sorry that I did not "seem genuine." This, however, was not true. Return was covered by me, and item has been fully refunded.
