I decided, sort of at the last minute, that I really wanted to wear a pin to support a loved one at an important event in her life. Even though I offered to pay extra for a faster shipping method, palo143 shipped the pin via Priority Mail at their own expense. 500 characters is not enough to fully express my gratitude for this seller; just truly special.
