Very Happy with this transaction and the seller! Issue happened during shipping small bit of damage, which wasn’t his fault, but he stood behind the sale 100% and wanted to give me full refund and let me know me keep it, it wasn’t his fault and didn’t want him to loose money but he insisted to at least send me another key chain! So basically he is a stand up seller, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Great experience!! Thank You!

Fast shipping! Seller communicated quickly! However disappointed that my book was damaged despite the seller's description stating"SHIPPING WILL BE SECURED SO PRODUCT DOES NOT GET DAMAGED!" The book was not properly secured. It was in a small black flimsy plastic bag that had "fragile" on it. Unfortunately the book was not cared as fragile apparently through the mail. I think it would have helped if the seller had put more padding around the book or in a sturdier packing. That's unfortunate :(
