    Item arrived damaged, otherwise it appeared to be as the listing described and I suspect it was damaged during shipping, but seller did ship quickly. The only negative I have about the experience is that seller could have packed the item a bit better, given it was acrylic and easily breakable. It was only packed with a thin sheet of styrofoam and a single piece of crumpled tissue paper. However, seller gave a very prompt refund and I am satisfied with the interaction even though item is broken.

    Amazingly responsive and service. Unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping, and not repairable. The item was probably packaged, but damaged by the shipping carrier. I immediately reached out to the seller and within minutes we got pictures of the packaging, item damage, and he started the process for a refund. Definitely would recommend him for other items, just nit FedEx to handle fragile packages.

    Speakers sounded great, got a good deal on them as well. Seller waits a day or two to ship but they arrived two days after he sent them out, all in all buying Saturday and getting Wednesday, no issue there. Packed well, no damage. Exactly as pictured.
