    I thought this was arriving framed as i typed into ebay "framed A3 picture of Billie Eilish" for a present for my brother so was disappointed to see it arrive in a tube , in the main description the pic is framed and no mention of it not being framed. Picture did come well packaged and is on good quality paper but good have bought cheaper unframed from temu.
