Hermes/Evri totally screwed up with this delivery. They lost the item. It eventually arrived quite some time after the expected delivery date with the package looking like it been thrown in a field or dumped in a dtich (covered in mud). The seller has been very gracious with this whole Hermes/Evri debacle in I have reordered and they have provided a refund. Would definitely use again as long as Hermes/Evri are not used for delivery.

Hi Ebay I initiated return procedure as the twin USB socket received was faulty. I requested a return label . You only sent this as a QR Code.
