Have contacted seller.. re wrong colour sent. They agreed to send colour ordered and to keep item already received. This week,received from royal mail request for postage payment for under paid parcel from Paracord. As this was free postage, seller it taking the P#ss.

As you stated as a good will gesture you got to keep the laces. The postage is calculated on weight and width automatically, if you were charged for posting then why did you not contact me, so I could have investigated it my end and if needed I would have refunded your out of pocket expenses and I would claim them back from Royal Mail.
