    If an item is out, I have no issues. It took seller 4 days to send a cancellation notice about the item from what I see as a seasoned seller. Wonder if the cologne was sold to someone else??? Not good having the buyer wait for days to be told order out or damaged. Even worse no communication directly from the seller stating item out. Very bad experience as a buyer.

    Our apologies for your frustrating experience. We were triple checking that we did not have any in-stock and that none of our vendor has it available. We should have communicated accordingly and for that we apologies. Quick note: This is a discontinued fragrance so we would be happy to send you samples to help you find a new signature scent.
