    Top seller, I paid extra for postage because i wanted a different courier. I included a message as to why , I also stated, there was no rush to post & had selected 24hr simply because i wanted to use RM not other couriers. Got a message from eBay that i had a refund. I could not work out why, so i phoned seller. He said because i was not in a hurry, he could send with RM at a cheaper rate with a different service, so had refunded me the difference. Item arrived as described, highly recommended !

    Item was posted with inadequate postage applied, meaning the delivery was delayed by a week, along with requirement for me to pay for it to be released from the depot (along with collection, 7 miles away from home address). Seller was informed and a postage refund was promised but no apology. Another message sent as refund was not received. Seller's response was pretty belligerent, with no acknowledgment of responsibility and still no postage refund....
