Delivery was fast and communication was 100%. The expiry date was in 2027 for this product too, so plenty of time still remaining to use it. Value for money, excellent, the best I have found online. The appearance of the product and the packaging, was exactly as described. It arrived in perfect condition, tightly packaged in a small box so no room for damage in transit.

Last time when Royal Mail delivered, there wasn’t any issues whatsoever plus they keep you informed at every step hence why i prefer Royal Mail. Cannot in any way fault Parker’s as they did what they were supposed to so would still highly recommend.

Absolutely best price as chocolate has increased so much recently. I don’t think you can beat Callebaut chocolate for quality, bakes well in cookies etc yet melts well for ganache or to add to buttercream. The item was despatched very quickly and the seller's communication was good. This seller was let down very badly by Amazon Logistics Europe who delivered the parcel to a neighbour's bin out on the highway. Excellent eBay seller and a pleasure to do business with.
