    This one took a bit more effort than normal. Initially, I received both brake discs in a damaged condition, due to them being mishandled in transit. A replacement disc was sent out for the first one, and then a second had to be sent when I noticed that BOTH discs were damaged. Thankfully, the Seller co-operated with me, and ensured that I received another replacement in good order. So full marks for Customer Service - but the packaging of these heavy products needs to be improved! A-
