    I was able to speak to the seller who confirmed that it was a new part and that the lock came with two keys. He did kindly advise me that most Honda steering column/ignition locks need a chip to communicate with the engine immobiliser. The part arrived by Royal Mail the day following my order and my local service station was able to fit it satisfactorily. They did observe that the immobiliser chip will have to be transferred from the old keys to the new keys. Excellent service.

    Got the radio and found it would not fit as my car is quite old I had to find nearest I could. I contacted the seller and requested a return and explained why. When I took parcel to post office they said the wrong value was on the label and would not accept it. I contacted the seller again and basically got abuse. I did my own label and returned it at my own expense.

    Was issue with part but would of been unknown to seller. But seller straight away refunded. Although couldn't use part I would still say are a trusted seller as had no problem reporting the issue and being refunded, if they had another of the item I needed I would of purchased that item of them but unfortunately they didn't.
