Item was fine and as discussed. Due to mix up on my end, I believed parcel hadn’t arrived (when it had) and reported this. Seller responded by (literally) calling me a liar and then showed me tracking information they could have shared on the initial purchase, but also could have led with this and engaged in a much less confrontational way. Don’t engage with this seller if you expect respectful customer service. Won’t be buying from them again.

The delivery was quick, but not with Royal Mail Special Delivery as stated in listing, but with Amazon, and it was the neutral fragrance, not the waterfall as stated in the listing. I messaged seller, but didn't respond, so I requested a return, the label took 3 days to be emailed to me. Once item received by seller I did get the refund the same day, and I was pleasantly surprised by this.
