  Excellent price. The Seller did reach out to reply to a minor question about the item and actually undated the EBAY listing to address the concern--good customer service. Packaging was a little unexpected, but considering the fact that the price was the best and shipping was free...no issues at all and still five stars. Would order from them again in the future, and anyone else ordering from them should feel confident. Great experience.

  Great shipping,was packaged with bubble wrap surrounding it for protection. The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly trust and order from them again. A great company!!!

  Producto descrito como se indicaba en la pagina web, marca Hella y en su paquete original. El vendedor ayudó a que se recogieran el paquete más rapido de lo usual. Retraso en en despacho por parte del transportista y el vendedor ofreció reponer con otra unidad nueva si se hubiera extraviado el primero, pero llegó finalmente y el vendedor dando seguimiento hasta el final.   Item received was item described. Packaged in a small bag which could have been the reason for late delivery. Ordered on 3 March, promised delivery on 10 March and received on 13 March. I guess free shipping makes up for late delivery. Very competitive pricing. Would purchase from this vendor again.

  Excellent seller. By the looks of the shipping box that showed up, I thought the radiator was toast but they took extra measures to pack it well inside that saved it. OEM radiator as listing stated was shipped quick and had a hard to beat price tag. Bought from these guys before and have had consistently good transactions with them.

  Item as described. Shipping time was abysmal (13 days late), but seemingly due to USPS as tracking info showed it kept circling around TN before finally making it's way to me. Upon receiving the package, shipping label looked perfectly fine, packaging was great, so def NOT a fault of the seller but rather of USPS. Shipping time is 1*, but description is 5* and experience is positive. Would buy from seller again (hopefully time USPS doesn't eff things up)
