  Bought manual for 2019 Ford Galaxy. Which arrived promptly, and well packaged. During that year Ford made several changes to the model. Unfortunately, the manual I was sent did not cover my model. But I had great reassuring communication with seller, and immediately offered a full refund. They explained the process, and refund has now been initiated with Ebay.
