Er nahm den Artikel anstandslos zurück, als ich durch einen kurzen Test feststellte, daß ich ihn wider Erwarten nicht gebrauchen kann. – Leider wurde der Artikel bei der Rücksendung zerstört. Der Verkäufer hat den Schaden gut mit Fotos dokumentiert und lieferte auf meine Bitte auch rasch Fotos von der Verpackung, damit ich bei der Reklamation keine Probleme bekomme. Guter Verkäufer!

    computer came fast & easy. originally, it would've been reached me in around 2 weeks, but it only took 1. the packaging was perfect for this machine, and it was packed with multiple layers in bubble wrap, it was so well-packed it was almost annoying to open without ripping apart the bubble wrap. the computer's in the same condition listed on the listing, same visible dents, which may come off with a little cleaning, might i add. great laptop too for its money, just the replace thermal paste!
