The item I received was bad quality and not new, I contacted seller the product issue and I got response "the balloons sticky all together was due to the way of packing". However it's not, as I ordered from other ebay balloons account seller, they are actually from the same seller. They come alright with exactly same way of packing and items new. But I had to pay myself for returning postage, because this company have different address on the system. And didn't refund effectively.

Advertising very confusing as it says 100 x qty but when u fill the order qty it would only let you put qty 10 I actually received 21 Ono previous Oder and 6 on this order seller was not reasonable and said I had extra and was sarcastic to say you got what you ordered and have a nice day do not buy from this seller
