Cut out slightly damaged probably happened in transit no point contacting the seller seeing he did not answer my first email. Usable though & a welcomed gift. Just spoilt by the slight damage to the cut out and zero communication from the seller

Picture clearly shows balloon in a gift box (see pic of box I received) "personalised gift card" stuck to the inside of the box with tape which tore when removing. Contacted seller who was NO help to say the least. Apparently the box the item arrived in is "stylish enough" to use as a gift box even though its bashed & covered in sellotape. There is no gift box like the advert included. AVOID
