Do not waste your money! Awful! Item comes damaged with lots of dents, scratches and is nothing like the image. I got the item and it was scratched and damaged. I asked for a replacement but expressed that it needs to be sent securely in hard packaging with seals and protection. But the second time it’s still just as damaged and scratched all over. Sent in the same packaging all bent and just awfully damaged. customer service is also awful. They don’t listen at all.

Alas it was not the size it said, package said 60cm but only 50cm,so if you buy size up. Also the hood part is floppy not up as in photo, so was disappointed, as no good for my dog. Return requested. Seller response was good
