Hello, I received my Saturn picture today (9/4) but regrettably have to tell you it is damaged. One corner is bent and there are several 'dinks' in it too. I have to say I am very disappointed, as my Fireball XL5 picture ordered recently was also not right. It was curved down in one corner but I was able to ease it flat again. Obviously this is no fault on your part; it's down to the careless postal service so a negative feedback would be inappropriate. What do we do about this please? Thank you

As a BIG fan of Fireball XL5 I can't have you with a damaged product. I will get replacements of this and the picture of planet Saturn in the post to you first thing in the morning. This time I will place them in a box so it will be impossible for them to be bent or dented. Any damages I will always replace immediately with no quibble. Thankfully damages are quite rare but you can be assured that any problems I will replace with a sincere appology and absolute zero fuss.

I was really pleased with product as Forbidden Planet is one of my all-time favourite SF films and the C-57D spaceship one of my favourites also.
