Aust Post is out of their hands but 3 days for Aus Post to process in Melbourne. Would I buy from this seller again - NO and NO I did contact them about the not been posted and they were going to look into it - Last I heard of it. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else.

We have checked with Auspost that the seller issued the tracking number right after receiving the order, then it took the seller 12 days to really post the items. And it was also we told the seller that we want to cancel the order as it has failed to get here as promised, which caused us to purchase the item from somewhere else again. The seller is the worst.
