  These are good quality and as expected. I ordered a second from another supplier and was disappointed by the back depth, but this one does have good depth so I'm pleasantly surprised. A more realistic delivery date would have been good. The order predicted last Thursday as the expected date but it didn't arrive until today, Tuesday. Probably the carrier as the despatch date is listed as last Tuesday, so someone needs to get real! I've not penalised for slow delivery as despatch was prompt.

  Nothing like picture advertised.. hair stuck on with velcro and glue and more like a dog toy than a gift.. not fit for purpose at all.. waited a long time with several delays before arriving and asked for a refund before it even arrived.. hoping to still get a refund due to the absolute poor quality of this item.. would not recommend
