  Given the supplier full marks for description, dispatched time quality of the product .let down real terrible buy the carrier two day delivery on notes they had it 19th didn't get this till 25th , would purchase again from this supplier but consider changing the carrier 😒

  Do not buy, the bolts don't fit the foot rest. I asked for help or the correct screws to be sent and they told me they would give me only partial refund (but didn't) because they are small business even though the item was completely unable to be used. After lots of back and forth they offered to send me the link to the advert, I bought the item i am have the advert. Terrible customer service and product. I paid £20 for nothing and no help or refund was made.

  Mechanism arrived before stated date which was very good. However, the shaft diameter sizes for the all the hand fitments were too big so I couldn’t fit the original hands that I had onto the new mechanism. There were no shaft sizes on the eBay site and I presumed the hands would fit. (There are very few sellers that do provide shaft diameter sizes) I contacted seller and they replied quickly, offering a 50% refund which I accepted as return postage would have been round 50% of purchase price
