    I bought GRIZZLY W2005 - Classic Fence w/ Standard Rails for my Grizzly table saw. There were some components missing. I contacted them and they called me immediately. He contacted Grizzly right away and got the missing components on there way. They probably did not make much money on this sale but they went up and over to make good. Very satisfied with their efforts. GOOD HONEST people. I would love to do business with them in the future!!

    Purchased item may 15th, seller shipped next day which is great however item was delayed and arrived June 21st. I contacted the seller 2 times during this transaction and did not receive any communication back. I needed this tool for a project and i contacted seller asking for help to purchase another that they had in stock to ship it out but no reply. Communications was zero. I understand seller could not locate lost / delayed package but they could have communicated to the buyer. Bad c.s
