  Item was as described and came well packaged. Paula left very nice note with it. Nice touch. It was a glass plate for a Samsung microwave that's somewhat hard to find. Good price. Came with a roller ring that actually doesn't fit the turntable plate well but that's at least partly my fault and Samsung's for not specifying those parts very clearly. USPS seemingly played with the shipping for several days, again not Paula's fault.

  Thank you for the nice Feedback. Am happy to hear it finally made it's way to your door. On the roler ring, just place it anywhere under the plae and it will or should, fall into place. Did yours have a specific groove? I just placed it on the floor of the microwave and then put the plate in the notches and it worked. I guess the roller-ring is just to keep it balanced?? Paula
