  It arrived!!! The pipe had left the UK on time, however when it hit the shores of Australia it was consigned to Startrek (who are usually good) I think they placed it on the back of a snail which went all directions and stalled at several postage warehouses. The seller was great. The item as stated. Good communication. Recommend. Postage time no fault of seller.
