    Item as described and delivered on time. I was using the delivery to pick up location rather than my address. There was a mess up due to the Yodel label not including a complete eCP code that enables the location to indicate they have it for collection. I went there showed that number to the staff and they found the parcel and sorted it out. The vendor was patient and helpful through this and I only relate to advise other people how to deal with this problem.

Teapot was extremely well packaged to arrive without damage/breakage and in no time at all (considering it was bought during the Xmas period!). Communication with seller was also excellent.     The package arrived not too long after I ordered the glasses. They were very well packed, wrapped in bubble wrap and well boxed. The glasses are exactly as they appeared on the website and are a perfect match for the glasses I received as a wedding gift 30 years ago. I had 6 but down to 5 with one chipped. Delighted to have 8 beautiful Tyrone crystal wine glasses now to use on special occasions. Many thanks.
