  Item as described, better value than Amazon. The item was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. A point a raised with both the courier & the seller. I raised the issue with the seller who advised that I should search for it!? & they parroted the same message from the courier. Hence 2 star on seller communication. However, I subsequently received the item in the post, so am assuming that a replacement item had been dispatched. So they redeemed themselves, hence the positive review.

  This is NOT as advertised. Seller is passing off a cheap imitation as the Monster High version. Purchased for my daughter’s 7th birthday and it arrived late (not blaming the seller for that). As soon as I saw the size of the parcel I knew it was not an official Monster High doll. Opened it to find this cheap “Pretty Doll”. Box was also squished and damaged. I want an agreement to a full refund before I begin the process of returning it.
