The only problem was that the "Click and Collect" location I chose was not up to the task with the result that I didn't get the item until almost a week after it arrived there - this was not the seller's fault and their communication with me was excellent which then helped me to eventually get the item from that place.

    I messaged the seller about not receiving this item and could they investigate, I received a response the next day with a tracking number to which the royal mail have lost this parcel, the supplier refunded me so o could reorder this item again, awesome seller can't fault them great communication.thanks
