  Great Seller, Poor Courier !!!. 1 box arrived on time but has been thrown about. on opening, some blocks are broken in two, most have damaged corners, 2nd box finally arrived a week later and was so bad the courier has tried to patch up the box, again damaged blocks !.... Received a message that they tried to Deliver at 5:48AM the day before scheduled date. Waited in all day on the scheduled delivery date but they didn't turn up. Their tracker is a waste of time....Not good at all Fedex !!!

  This was the first time we have used this seller & ordered Block Salts for a water softener. We had really good service as the goods arrived within a short time. However, the courier service they used delivered the cardboard boxes in the most damaged state which was held together with loads of sticky tape. We were expecting the blocks of salt to be damaged but surprisingly they appear to be undamaged.

  Items arrived promptly and are as described. The six pack arrived in two boxes of three packs each. They were too heavy for me to lift from the doorstep so I opened the boxes and carried two packs at a time to my storage area. I found one pack had ripped open and I resealed with sticky tape.

  Great seller Amazing customer service, they are so quick to resolve any issues you have. I had an issue where my item didn’t arrive, after contacting the seller we discovered it was a error on the delivery company’s side and not the sellers, this was quickly rectified and I’m very happy. Great quality, perfect condition, very good value for money and looks great too!

  There was one missing on delivery, seller was quick to respond and offered to send another. The delivery company were at fault, the missing one arrived the next day anyway, it was on a different lorry! I cancelled my request for a replacement. Seller was very polite.

  The customer service from this seller is absolutely brilliant and beyond good. There was an issue with the delivery that was down to the delivery company and certainly not the seller.
